the way through the woods is designed to help you find your way; see the paths others have trodden and choose which ones suit you so you can find your way forward more easily. Together we can explore the tools and resources which will help you to better mental health.
Mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, obsession, panic, stress, trauma responses or relationship difficulties can affect anyone at different points in their life. The right intervention in the form of counselling support can help people deal with those issues effectively and prevent ongoing distress or complications.
